SALES REPORT: COMMON, MAC MILLER, DRAKE, JEEZY, RIHANNA & MORE

Leading the pack this week is Drake‘s Take Care remaining at No. 2 with 42,200 behind Adele’s 21 (124,500). According to Nielsen SoundScan, Drizzy’s sophomore album has sold 1,289,000 units after two months in stores.

Atlanta rapper Young Jeezy‘s Thug Motivation 103: Hustlerz Ambition dropped a notch to No. 4 with 35,600. With three weeks knocked out, Jeezy’s newest offering has moved 336,900 records.

Pop star Rihanna’s Talk That Talk moved up three slots to No. 6 with 27,200. After seven weeks on store shelves, her newest LP has sold 541,300 copies.

Rap duo LMFAO’s Sorry for the Party Rocking fell three slots to No. 8 with 25,400. Moving into their 30th week on the chart, their new LP has sold 549,200 pieces.

Grammy-winning rapper Lil Wayne‘s Tha Carter IV dropped five slots to No. 18 with 17,500. Heading into his 20th week, Weezy’s newest offering has sold 1,934,400 units.

Rap duo Jay-Z and Kanye West‘s Watch the Throne fell five slots to No. 20 with 16,600. Moving forward to Week 23, their new joint record has sold 1,248,300 pieces.

R&B singer Mary J. Blige‘s My Life II…The Journey Continues fell four positions to No. 24 with 14,400. Moving into her second month on store shelves, the soulful singer’s newest album has shelled out 415,200 records.

Singer Anthony Hamilton‘s Back to Love received a 13-slot boost to No. 27 with 13,400. With a month to his name, the crooner’s new LP has moved 133,600 copies.

Grammy-winning singer Beyonce‘s 4 fell nine slots to No. 31 with 11,900. Headed into her 29th week, her album has moved 1,070,200 records.

Pop crooner Bruno MarsDoo-Wops & Hooligans leaped 14 slots forward to No. 35 with 10,100. After 66 weeks of going strong on the chart, his album stands at 1,446,000 sold records.

Roc Nation rapper J. Cole‘s Cole World: The Sideline Story returned to Top 50 moving up 12 slots to No. 40 with 9,600. With 15 weeks under his belt, the rapper’s long-awaited debut has hit gold status with 507,900 sold units.

Chicago rap veteran Common‘s The Dreamer/The Believer fell 16 slots to No. 42 with 9,500. Headed toward his first full month in stores, the rapper-turned-actor’s new LP has shelled out 97,600 records.

Evening things in Top 50 is Pittsburgh rapper Mac Miller‘s Blue Slide Park moving ten slots down to No. 45 with 9,000. With nine weeks in the books, his new LP has sold 262,200 copies.
